You are invited to the 5th Video Forum of the IMAGINE-STIM project, which will take place on 17 September 2026, from 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm.
Fabienne ROUSSEY & Johanna SCHOONBEE, from the Rare Disabilities Liaison Team (ERHR), will present their work on the Epilepsy and Disability Community of Practice, or how to use experiential knowledge to move forward together.
The Rare Disabilities Support Team ((Équipe Relais Handicaps Rares,- ERHR) is a service that supports people with rare disabilities and professionals, including those working with people with severe epilepsy.
It coordinates the relevant stakeholders, facilitates complex care pathways and helps to develop solutions suited to individual needs. It also provides expertise and promotes cooperation between the various partners.
Fabienne ROUSSEY is the team leader of the ‘Relais Handicap Rare’ for the Alsace region.
Johanna SCHOONBEE is the coordinator for complex treatment pathways at the ‘Relais Handicap Rare’ (ERHR) in the north-east.
